Based on the analysis of the preliminary planning, put forward the marketing strategy of the project , including the marketing theme, the name of the project, the basic marketing ideas ,etc;
Put forward the CIS lead-in strategy, including the avocation of MI lead-in way of life (a new life concept), VI lead-in (a series of VI design drafts and logo designs), and BI lead-in (including public relation activities and social benefit activities);
Put forward the project promotion strategy, including the advertisement theme, media strategy, promotion plan and budget, etc;
Put forward constructive supposition and conception on the site, pattern and layout, etc of the sales office;
Arrange in a comprehensive way, plan and coordinate the promotion of the project, and ask employees concerned to implement in a specific way for the connection between planning and sales;
Present an overall sales (presales) plan of the project, including the overall strategy, pricing, sales agents, opening time, advertisement plan and sales control;
Design and arrange the advertisement made through newspapers, magazines, television and other media;
Organize exhibitions and investment inviting conferences related to the project sales, design and arrange the internal layout of the exhibition sites. |
