General Introduction
The Project Management Center is one of the institutions of project development, maintenance and operation, which mainly focuses on the market of Shanghai and meanwhile gives attention to the market of Yangtze Delta, and it is also one of the three business centers under the direct leadership of 100 Horse's Board of Directors. There are a Project Development Department, a Sales Department and a Customer Service Department under the Project Management Center.
Services
Organize the professionals of the Project Management Center to develop both the main regional market of Shanghai and the secondary regional market of Yangtze Delta in an effective way; implement procedure-oriented management to the signed projects and operate these projects in an orderly way during the sales.
Work together with the brand management center to carry out efficient maintenance of the customers of 100 Horse's projects that have been operated and that are being operated, widen the channels of brand popularization and to strengthen efforts in publicizing culture building. |
